For independent insurance agencies with 2–25 staff

More policies. Less paperwork.

In independent agencies, a large part of the week goes to claims intake, submissions, renewals and typing the same data into carrier portals. We build systems that do that work, inside your agency management system and under your control.

01The pressure

What shapes an agency's week today

01

Clients expect a same-day answer when they report a claim

02

Every carrier has its own portal, its own forms and its own download format

03

Experienced CSRs are hard to hire and take months to train

04

State data security rules and E&O exposure demand a clean paper trail

05

Agency management system, email, carrier portals and e-signature are not connected

02Integrations

We build into the systems you already run

No new platform, no extra login. The system sits between your agency management system, carrier portals and inbox and connects them.

03What gets built

Six systems that free up the most time in insurance agencies

Each one starts on its own, as a fixed-scope, fixed-price project. You see within weeks whether it holds.

01

Claims intake

Claims reported by email, web form or photos are captured, matched to the policy and logged as an activity in your agency management system. Missing details are requested from the client, and your team approves what goes to the carrier.

02

Submissions & application check

Applications are checked for completeness, missing documents and signatures are requested from the client, and the submission is prepared once everything is in. Your producer or CSR sends it.

03

Download & commission reconciliation

Policy downloads and carrier commission statements are matched against your book of business. Discrepancies land as a list with your accounting or service team.

04

Renewals & follow-ups

Upcoming renewals, premium changes and non-renewals are flagged per policy and routed to the responsible producer with lead time. Nothing depends on one person's memory anymore.

05

Service request triage

Requests for certificates, ID cards and policy changes are sorted by type, matched to the policy and prepared with a draft reply. Nothing goes out without approval.

06

Coverage documentation

Call notes, coverage options offered and coverage declined are assembled into one documented file per client. Review and sign-off stay with the producer.

04Data security & licensing duties

Compliance is architecture, not an add-on

We don't claim certifications. We build so the duties that apply to insurance agencies are met technically, and we show you how.

Client data protection (GLBA)

Systems run inside your tenant with least-privilege access, encrypted transfer and access logs. Nonpublic personal information is not copied to our side.

State data security rules

Many states have adopted the NAIC Insurance Data Security Model Law, and New York licensees fall under NYDFS Part 500. Every workflow we build is documented and logged so it fits into your information security program.

No coverage advice by software

No system we build recommends coverage or makes underwriting decisions. It captures, checks, reminds and prepares. Your licensed producers decide.

Your code, your infrastructure

Deployed in your environment. Source, infrastructure and documentation are transferred at close. For UK brokers: built to UK GDPR, with the records you need under ICOBS and the Consumer Duty.

05Our commitments

What you can hold us to

No slogans. Concrete promises you can measure us against.

Fixed price per project

You know the cost before we start. No hourly-rate blind flight, no surprises on the invoice.

Your code, your data

What we build belongs to you. Source, infrastructure and documentation are transferred at close. It runs in your tenant.

One person you talk to

You work with Jan and a small, fixed team. No rotating account managers, no ticket queue.

We keep running it

After go-live we don't disappear: monitoring, maintenance and ongoing development are part of the deal.
